FORT SHERIDAN EXPERT

Eight years ago Francie moved to Fort Sheridan, the famous army base that has been converted to condos, homes and open lands, situated on hundreds of acres on the lake. With walking paths to the beach and a golf course in the works, this area has become quite desirable and Francie feels like she is on vacation every day.  It is situated in both Highland Park and Highwood and children access the Highland Park schools. Francie considers herself the go to agent for the other agents on the north shore, as she has represented many of the builders who were involved in the project.  She has sold a good percentage of the 551 residences in the development and is happy to help buyers, sellers, and take referrals in this wonderful community of the North Shore.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Francie has lived on the North Shore for over 30 years and has raised her family in Highland Park. She has worked with the not for profit organization, Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook and serves on the Design Review Board in Highland Park.  Chicago has been her home, and she knows the city well. Her degree was in communication which has been an asset for this profession. She was the first person in her neighborhood to get a Portuguese water dog, which she named (Pinkwater Dog) or Pinky for short, and although Pinky isn’t with her anymore, the name lingers… people sometimes confuse her name and call her Pinky…She’ll respond with a smile and a laugh.
